NZ Air Support begins in New Zealand and is designed to support operators internationally through remote advisory, documentation review, audit preparation, reliability analysis, fleet planning, supplier coordination and sustainment support.
NZ Air Support is led by Imran Shaikh, a New Zealand-based aviation engineering and sustainment professional with over 20 years' experience across maintenance, airworthiness, CAMO support, fleet planning, technical services, quality systems and operational readiness. Experienced across military and civil aviation systems, fixed and rotary wing.
Imran brings a rare combination of hands-on aircraft maintenance experience, senior technical leadership, regulatory understanding, systems thinking and commercial discipline. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering with Honours, an NZ CAA Aircraft Maintenance Engineering Licence for Aeroplane and Powerplant, ISO 9001 Lead Auditor certification, and is currently completing an MBA through the University of Auckland.
